Super unprofessional. I called about an account question, and was told "I will check with my boss" and then she hung up on me, no "goodbye" or " I will call you back". Just hung up...wow.
Walked in, immediate, warm, welcome and help. The young lady explained how I could be earning interest on our checking accounts, assured me it was easy and why it made sense. Very fast and convenient.
Edit: I charge $400/hr for consulting. Why when I call to activate a credit card is there no way to actually activate a credit card and then I get a person trying to sell me a medical device and they aren't even a real person and I can't even press zero to get away from them????? Absolutely ridiculous. And don't tell me you're a bank and it's not your department. You can call corporate office and tell him a problem. This will actually make me never do business with US Bank again.
The branch is well run, employees are knowledgeable, articulate, friendly, and ask great fact finding open ended questions. The branch manager is alway engaged, friendly, intelligent and quickly establishes rapport. As a retired US Banker this warms the heart to see.
