Had an awful experience with safe deposit box service. They don’t offer auto renewal and if you miss one day they charge you a late fee. I even called them to confirm if I need to do anything for renewal on my end and they said it’s fine you don’t need to do anything right now. Then a month later I got a mail saying I’ve been charged a late fee and when I went to the branch they told me I’ve been charged another late fee for another month! I had a terrible experience with U.S. Bank. They failed to follow up on my loan request, leaving me completely in the dark. The most concerning part is that they used my personal information, but I have no idea what they did with it. Despite multiple attempts to get answers, they never responded to my inquiries. This level of negligence and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
great branch overall, ive been to multiple US Bank branches in the area and the gentleman with the glasses (cant remember his name) was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable and was able to step in and help. my only negative would be there is one lady, shorter lady with black hair, she gave me wrong information on my credit card, she did not seem to know the answer and guessed, and was also talking to another employee, taller lady, during my transaction about another customer and their interaction. she also continued to tr... read more
Don’t go to this location, there is always something Is closed or they are not able to process the transaction for some reason plus the female teller has a sarcastic attitude
Excellent banker... Always look for Whitney Dews... She is the best in this many years banking with them
