Spent 20 mins waiting in drive through line before even being addressed. Pressed “call teller” three times and even tried to call the bank but got no answer. If the lane is closed, just put “closed” and I will walk in. Terrible customer service. Took 30 mins to make cash deposit. Only got an apology after I told them I had waited.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my most recent visit to this branch—an experience that, unfortunately, mirrors every prior interaction I have had at this location. Staff is rude when I drive through to deposit a check
Needed something notarized on my way home from work. I’ve never been to this location before, and the employee with long dark hair that was helping me stated they don’t notarize court documents. She suggested going to an ups location up the road. Three other US Bank locations I bank with and always go to, have always notarized this same type of document. I can see why this location has low reviews.
