This branch is awful. I have never witnessed such a mess. The drive through had a broken button so it couldn't be used but it was the only lane open. I went inside to cash my checks and they acted like they didn't know what a check was. I said your drive through is broken and they said we know. I said why don't you close that lane and open a different lane. They said I don't know. Every time I go to this branch it is the same. I will not be back.
Absolute worst wait time of all the local branches. No complaint with the tellers. It’s poor management.
Spent 20 mins waiting in drive through line before even being addressed. Pressed “call teller” three times and even tried to call the bank but got no answer. If the lane is closed, just put “closed” and I will walk in. Terrible customer service. Took 30 mins to make cash deposit. Only got an apology after I told them I had waited.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my most recent visit to this branch—an experience that, unfortunately, mirrors every prior interaction I have had at this location.
