Absolute worst wait time of all the local branches. No complaint with the tellers. It’s poor management.
Spent 20 mins waiting in drive through line before even being addressed. Pressed “call teller” three times and even tried to call the bank but got no answer. If the lane is closed, just put “closed” and I will walk in. Terrible customer service. Took 30 mins to make cash deposit. Only got an apology after I told them I had waited.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my most recent visit to this branch—an experience that, unfortunately, mirrors every prior interaction I have had at this location. The level of customer service is consistently poor. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the staff appear unhappy, disengaged, and reluctant to assist.
