The ladies at this branch were so nice! They were patient with everything I asked and made sure I understood what was needed before moving on. I canceled my entire relationship with PNC and Fifth Third to come over because of how personable they all were!!
UPDATED: Ricki is WONDERFUL and delivers fast, efficient service. The drive thru has become quicker and I have seen an improvement. It is nice when businesses take feedback and make positive changes. Big thumbs up to Ricki and US Bank! It is NEVER fast at the drive through. Ever. Be prepared to spend 20 min even if you are the only car.
The staff at the bank is incredible. They seem to care if you are satisfied. I want to give kudos to Stephanie, who is always very friendly and gets whatever I need done correctly.
I needed to withdraw some cash from my acount, I called ahead to let Stephanie know that I would be stopping inside the bank to complete the withdrwal slip. Because She was expecting me, she had prepared herself for my visit by having enpough cash on hand, and was able to help me with picking up the cash I was needing for Christmas gifts. Stephanie is always a welcoming personality and always has a great big beautiful smile.
