worst bank ever they didn't trust me holding my money for almost a month .I had direct deposit they still couldn't don't go to this bank ever worst in town Andrew Austin grabs hands like he tough they hurt me mentally and emotionally I don't trust them ever again.
Incredibly hostile customer policies. Cannot even deposit 34 year old savings bonds into my account that I’ve had over 3.5 years, has to be 5 years. Meanwhile I can OPEN an account with savings bonds at Heritage. Absolutely incredible. One of these is not like the other.

This branch is horrible. One of the personal bankers called me and did not have a clue what he was doing, nor could he answer my questions. The branch manager also called me and could not answer my questions and didn’t even offer to investigate my question to get an answer. All the branch manager did was give me the number of the corporate office to call.
