Incredibly hostile customer policies. Cannot even deposit 34 year old savings bonds into my account that I’ve had over 3.5 years, has to be 5 years. Meanwhile I can OPEN an account with savings bonds at Heritage. Absolutely incredible. One of these is not like the other.

This branch is horrible. One of the personal bankers called me and did not have a clue what he was doing, nor could he answer my questions. The branch manager also called me and could not answer my questions and didn’t even offer to investigate my question to get an answer. All the branch manager did was give me the number of the corporate office to call. There was a special needs customer at the counter and the the banker was rude and told her she didn’t have time to talk to her (she asked about the weather). When it was our turn to get my wife added to the new savings account I recently opened (with one person behind me) was told we’d have to make and an appointment as it would take 15 minutes. Three bankers present behind the counter and only one customer behind me. They were inflexible and demonstrated poor customer service.
We apply for a loan, that woman who was doing all the paperwork took forever finally she send me a email asking us to come to the bank, for our surprise she no to the loan we even tell her why asking us to drive over there for that when she can said that in the email, poor customer service, this bank is dated and very depressed we close our checking account we didn't fell welcome.
