On a busy Saturday, I went to this branch to open a new account. Even though it was busy, Olga was patient, kind, and super supportive of my financial needs. She went above and beyond to give me stellar customer service. I am so glad I chose this branch. In addition, I had a bank manager, a week afterwards, do a f/u call to ensure everything was going well and whether or not I had any questions. Thank you for the additional f/u.

It is a win-win place generating community spirit. The people working here have experience, skill, and have a real gift for working with customers. I like them because make it happen for me easily. They give me good information on products. Special rates rise and Olga called me and redid my CD from zero rate to 4%-wow! great gals and guys! I like them a lot. Waiting in line is worth it...totally.
