WORST BANK EVER
I opened this account based on a recommendation, but this has been the absolute worst banking experience in America. I deposited a check at a branch immediately after opening the account, and the representative explicitly told me the funds would be available within 24 hours. Now, I receive an email stating my money is being held until April 8th—nine full days. The lady I spoke to on the phone sounded in a hurry to get off the phone, didn’t really take time to explain anything and just referred me to an 800 number and made me feel like crap
Not the first time I’ve come in and been spoken to with unnecessary attitude, but it’ll be the last time. I came in for a withdrawal, having forgot I still need to change my name in their system. Unfortunately, I don’t just carry my marriage license in my car all the time, so when I told them I didn’t have it, I was spoken to with attitude and anger.
