WORST BANK EVER
I opened this account based on a recommendation, but this has been the absolute worst banking experience in America. I deposited a check at a branch immediately after opening the account, and the representative explicitly told me the funds would be available within 24 hours. Now, I receive an email stating my money is being held until April 8th—nine full days.
