3 people sit around while one person deals with customers. Lobby is always full and I spend normally 10-15 minutes to cash a check. Terrible customer service. Slowest bank in existence.

I have been with US Bank for quite some time. They have had such great service in the past. Today was a huge let down at the branch in Arkadelphia. I have worked in retail sales, higher education, and in automotive service which all have varied forms of customer service. I waited in a line of four vehicles for 35 minutes but it was the tone that the young brach teller spoke to me with that really made me feel small and insignificant. This bank has done better in the past and I imagine they could rise to the occasion again.
