When waiting in line the manager came out of her office to help with the customers that were waiting in line. She was helpful and knowledgeable about all the services that would be a benefit to me and my husband. She was extremely kind and helped us get everything done plus other services that we added to our account in a very efficient and timely manner. We were grateful for all she did.
3 people sit around while one person deals with customers. Lobby is always full and I spend normally 10-15 minutes to cash a check. Terrible customer service. Slowest bank in existence.

I have been with US Bank for quite some time. They have had such great service in the past. Today was a huge let down at the branch in Arkadelphia. I have worked in retail sales, higher education, and in automotive service which all have varied forms of customer service. I waited in a line of four vehicles for 35 minutes but it was the tone that the young brach teller spoke to me with that really made me feel small and insignificant. This bank has done better in the past and I imagine they could rise to the occasion again.
