I had a very nice experience on the phone and in person with this branch. They were able to answer my question and offered a scheduled appointment, which I did not know you could do. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted warmly and my appointment started on time. Heidi was very helpful, informative and professional. She resolved my reason for coming in quickly and painlessly. I'm very happy with the overall service I received here.
On February 15, I sat in the drive-through as the only car for 10 minutes and had to push the callee button twice to simply cash a check. When I pointed out that I’ve been sitting there for 10 minutes alone and now there are four cars at the drive-through, I was told, “There’s only two people working and we have to go in order.“ I sat there alone in the drive-through for 10 minutes.
