moved across country and opned an new bank account to have a local one. Wont raise my spending limit so I cant pay rent. Forced to use a bank 8 states away to do the bare minimum required of a bank.
I have been happy with US Bank products and services for 26 years:-) I have tried others but none have lived up to my expectations like US Bank. I appreciate how they offer everything I need from a bank.
These guys have helped me several times. There very amazing and helpful!! Awesome service!!!
Very rude and unfriendly staff! I had an issue with my account and the woman I was talking to just kept ignoring and walking around it. She even had the nerve to talk over me time and time again when I tried to explain my issue, and all I really got a was very vague explanation that did not make any sense. They are not a reliable bank in the slightest, and they will not hesitate to bend you over for every thing you have. In short, these people are thieves. I will no longer be doing any business with a U.S. Bank ever again!
