This place is a joke. It takes forever to get the simplest things accomplished. I don’t expect special treatment for being a US Bank customer for several years but the staffing and customer service is ridiculous.
Very long lines always! Mostly friendly service, but they treat you like crap in generally. Example: Fraud wipes out my account of my spending money for the next couple weeks ($750). It took them 14 days to return the money to my account. They said they had 14 business days to provide a provisional credit and they used every last day before I got my money back. I have since moved all my accounts to Affinity Plus, and WIOW what a difference. They provide provisional credit to members accounts the same day the fraud occurs, fo... read more
