New drive up is horrible. Can't reach cylinder. Was told by attendant to come inside bank.
Never enough tellers, and during construction, there’s a sign that says lobby is open, it actually wasn’t open.
A careless employee from this branch allowed someone to fraudulently withdraw $200 from my account. I have been a US Bank customer for over a decade and will now be taking my business to a local credit union.
The branch is putting a new roofing, construction people shut the entrance, only one drive up window opened. I waited for half an hour.
