Absolutely horrible horrible service. I’ve been a US Bank holder for 40 years with a 800 credit score tonight I was rudely denied replacing my debit cards because they were not working. I was rudely denied getting any cashiers check when I have plenty of over $100,000 in my account. It was absolutely insane. The manager who I spoke with was very rude and I let her know and I couldn’t believe it so anyone who is banking with US Bank I would not bank with them ever. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Waited over five minutes in drive through; when someone finally helped me they said they were backed up and it would be fifteen minutes before they could help me. I'm dumbfounded. Unfortunately, I had already sent my documents through the system, so I was held captive.
