My wife and I have banked at US Bank for about 38 years. We have always had very good service and occasionally had a little bit of a weight maybe 4 minutes 5 at the most. The employees have no control over how many people decide to come to the bank At the same time and so the wait time increases. I also try to do my banking during the day as sometimes right around 5:00 p.m. it can be very busy. Overall I would say US Bank employees give great service to each and every individual from what I have seen personally.
Staff are great. Building looks historic and they have all my money.
I don't really like US bank, but Diana who works there she just amazing, very helpful
Tell her was super rude. The bank it’s very low quality and everything was really dirty, especially the floors. I didn’t even wanna touch anything inside this bank. Won’t return to this branch
The staff at this U.S. Bank branch are absolutely awesome! They are always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to assist, even when you walk in without an appointment. I especially appreciate how they make the process smooth for large withdrawals and help with preparation for future transactions. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly make banking stress-free. Highly recommended!
