Was only able to get 20$ in quarters, teller was lazy and said i could only have 2 of any type, weird cause I just came from a different branch and got 15 rolls...... lazy lazy lazy
My wife and I have banked at US Bank for about 38 years. We have always had very good service and occasionally had a little bit of a weight maybe 4 minutes 5 at the most. The employees have no control over how many people decide to come to the bank At the same time and so the wait time increases. I also try to do my banking during the day as sometimes right around 5:00 p.m. it can be very busy. Overall I would say US Bank employees give great service to each and every individual from what I have seen personally.
Staff are great. Building looks historic and they have all my money.
I don't really like US bank, but Diana who works there she just amazing, very helpful
