If you stand in front of their computer terminal it is as if you're transaction is being processed through an automated kiosk as the some of them are 5'1-5'2 tellers. Not recommended. No "Welcome" and no "Thank you for choosing USBank." Dear Safeway, perhaps choose a LOCAL CREDIT UNION...kick USBank and their employees back to Minnesota where they belong....here is my vote.
They are so kind.
Shoppers at other grocery stores will wonder whether US Bank wants to earn their customer loyalty because they appear to prefer Safeway grocery store patrons as defined by their demographics. A US Bank within a Safeway store is not relevant to the grocery shopping experiences because it creates the clustered feelings of being at a mall by narrowing the store exiting paths for buyers as they turn to their left and exit the register.
