Very disappointing experience. After opening a new account and confirming that my initial deposit had cleared and the funds were available, I asked a very helpful banker to do a wire transfer which she did. Days later I was notified that the transfer had not been executed and the availability of my initial deposit was being withheld. The tellers and the banker who helped me were great but my phone call to the branch manager was not returned.
Friendly helpful people. Great bank. I've been coming here for 13 years. Personal banking, business banking, home mortgages. 5 stars for sure.
Thanks to this branch my boyfriend and I no longer dread banking. The staff here are phenomenal. Very skilled friendly individuals that personalize everything for you. Because its a small branch they'll remember you and small details that just make it a comfortable experience. Highly recommend.
A nice, little branch. Very conviently located for people south of I-94, right on the mn side of the boarder. Atm available and tellers available til 6 most days.
There are so many reasons not to bank here beyond the many fees and the unhappy and impersonal tellers, but I won't list them. Use first state bank in Hudson.
