For anyone that knows me, I tend to do a lot of reviews of local US Banks. Many of our business accounts are handled by this national financial institution. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the branch at 7433 Hamilton Avenue in Mount Healthy. Although the drive-thru was closed (I found out later it was due to short staff), I'm glad I have the opportunity to visit inside. I was helped by Damien R, who I found out was the branch manager.
