I have only had good experiences here. Whether it’s via email or coming into the bank… they have been responsive and knowledgeable. When setting up my business Patrice took time to answer my questions, explain my options and was there step by step to get me set for success. I love this branch and the people.
Ridiculous all other branches closed. one line and took forever to even get a teller to come to window
I have banked with USB for more than 20 years. Has always been a GREAT place to bank. 5 Stars! BUT...since COVID started, most branches are closed, and the ONLY drive-thru is the slowest of them all. Hours have been slashed, and NO Saturday hours. I understand closing the lobby, but at least bump up the drive thru service. 9-4 M-F, and CLOSED from 12-1. I don't get it.... UPDATE - I am very thankful for USB response. COVID-related issues continue to be frustrating. It is just harder to do business these days. This is just an... read more
I called this location cause it was the only one open at the time to get my address on file changed since I just moved the lady was sort of rude about it saying I needed to come in that they can't do it over the phone so I called the help desk 800 number and she helped me with no hesitation and got it taken care of within 5 minutes..
