I got hacked a while back ago. I had complete melt down. Caught me completely off guard. People were SUPER NICE. They were undstanding, they helped me fix before the hackers were able to do anything. I recently moved to Florence and I haven't had any problems with the bank. I have not tried the ATM yet so no idea on how well it works. Staff is awesome.
Worst branch of any bank I have ever been to. My work has their business account there so it’s where we get change and they have the slowest, unfriendliest employees ever. Literally stood there for 10 minutes this morning not being helped when I was literally the ONLY customer in the bank. Finally just walked out without being helped. Same guy and same girl there every time, and the same no personality slow as hell service every time. What an absolute joke they think customer service is.
I wanted to leave a ZERO!!!! This is the worst bank ever!!!! Customer service is nonexistent ALWAYS!!! Don’t dare go through drive thru unless you have a good 15-20 minutes to kill with AGAIN zero acknowledgment from a teller!!! There’s no reason it should take 20 minutes just to get change with NO ONE in the bank, the woman literally sat in her chair with her back to the drive thru window🤣 Do Better US Bank, I mean seriously you’re a small town bank and still can’t handle all your customers 🤣🤣
Slow service when only 1 employee helping. Felt more like the Coos Bay Branch. Banks just don’t care about service anymore. Credit unions are much better choice.
I had gone to the drive threw a couple weeks ago. It was my Grandsons birthday. I wanted to give him a cash in his card. The teller drive threw had a car already, one ATM not working, and the other had one car. Waited at last one. She was having trouble with that machine, so I pulled out and went inside bank. There was 2 people in line ahead of me. One teller on phone. One teller on computer. After 5 minutes the people ahead of me were looking around and shrugging their shoulders.
