The best customer service from a gal named Elizabeth awesome experience. We recommend USBank for your banking needs. Florence, Or branch has a very helpful group of people but to me friendliness Is important. Customer relation we very seldom see in others bank. US Bank is the best.

I used online banking mobile app, it was fairly good. NOW the mobile app just went AI, it is HORRIBLE. Bye US bank.
I got hacked a while back ago. I had complete melt down. Caught me completely off guard. People were SUPER NICE. They were undstanding, they helped me fix before the hackers were able to do anything. I recently moved to Florence and I haven't had any problems with the bank. I have not tried the ATM yet so no idea on how well it works. Staff is awesome.
Worst branch of any bank I have ever been to. My work has their business account there so it’s where we get change and they have the slowest, unfriendliest employees ever. Literally stood there for 10 minutes this morning not being helped when I was literally the ONLY customer in the bank. Finally just walked out without being helped. Same guy and same girl there every time, and the same no personality slow as hell service every time. What an absolute joke they think customer service is.
