Everyone I came into contact with at this branch is very friendly. Gabby helped me and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining all of the services in detail, and she is very friendly.
I'm not a bank customer, but rather, USBank has my mortgage account. (After today, I would NOT recommend them, btw.) I changed my phone number and then couldn't access my online USBank mortgage account. I phoned for help, and they said I needed to visit a branch or send a notarized request letter.
