The Tri County branch of US banl worse US bank in the city. The tellers are very slow. They tell you they need ID on all cash transactions which I know is a lie. There is no need to identify you when you are using cash. No other US BANK does that. I have gone there in the middle of the day of a weekend and the entire drive through is shut down. That has happened multiple times. Just bad service! Don't bank here, there service will will just infuriate you. Its not worth the aggration. Take your business elsewhere.
I enjoy meeting the friendly staff when I go into the bank. I love the way they monitor my account, and keep me alert when something looks suspicious. Most of the time I do drive-through. Happy to do business with you.
This review is long overdue, but I switched to US Bank about 7 years ago and couldn’t be happier. Leah S. is so amazing to work with regarding accounts, credit cards, loans, etc. She is very knowledgeable, personable and is always following through with her phone call reminders. She has helped guide my husband and I through so much over the years and is consistently going the extra mile for her customers. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. I could not say enough great things about this branch.
I have never had a problem with this bank. The manager is delightful but sometimes lack of staffing has been a problem. The manager is always willing to jump in and help.
