I had the most wonderful experience dealing with your personal banker , Rula. Even when she had to call someone in another department to try and help me, she continuously asked them how the options they were offering me, would affect me (in regards to my concerns about my credit, ect). I really loved the fact that she pushed for the "Best options for me".
