They’ve been very helpful to resolve problems that I’ve had that other banks were more difficult to work with.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've had this bank for maybe a year and a half now. I have a dispute that they have been sitting on for 3 months maybe more. I recently just had a new weird transaction. It is the most difficult thing to do to dispute transactions with this bank. And if you have issues with anything???? The Wisconsin Branch won't answer the phone so you get stuck with calling the 800 number or driving there. The staff at the branch are friendly and do the best they can.
