US Bank lost out on a sizeable loan customer opportunity because it is apparently IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a live person with their phone system. HORRIBLE first impression of their customer service!
Poorly staffed. ATM drive through is frequently closed for cash transactions. Terrible Customer service. Disappointed.
I stopped in today, 09/09/2024 so that my daughter could cash in her saved up change(about $16 worth). Jackie was very friendly and didn't charge her the fee for not being a customer. She showed my girls that good people(besides their dad) do still exist. Thank you very much.
