I was selling a vintage snowmobile guy asked if I'd take business check first I said no .. I called us bank and went into local branch with check to ask if was way to make sure it was good was told that only way was to deposit it if it cleared let sit 48hrs before touching $ contacted guy told him needed to be cleared for a week before he could get it .. it ended up fake us bank locked all my accounts for 45-90 days also said would terminate me as a customer along with possibly sizing other $ in accounts because it was in a ... read more

US Bank lost out on a sizeable loan customer opportunity because it is apparently IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a live person with their phone system. HORRIBLE first impression of their customer service!
