Customer Service is excellent! The Women there are Awesome with their professionalism. Just feels good having good service.
Worse customer service. Second time here cashing a check from one of my clients. I always pay the 7 dollars for not being a member and Second time the only asian guy helped me was very rude again. He does even say hi back to me and he throws my DL back on the counter he does even asked me how I want my cash, and instead of alking nicely if I need and envelope he just says. "Envelope "? First time inside this branch although I’ve passed by it for YEARS… and first of all it looks like a movie set. So giant & epic inside. Clean & the staff was super helpful & didn’t come off as fake, even tho we all know there’s a protocol for employees interacting with customers. This was a really good experience & I’m so glad I visited THAT branch when I did.
