I visited the U.S. Bank location in Long Beach for the first time, and wow—I’m blown away! I came in a little skeptical, expecting the usual “meh” service I’ve seen at other banks where employees seem like they don’t care. But this branch completely proved me wrong. The service here is amazing. Not only did they resolve my issue quickly, but they also went above and beyond to show me ways to manage my money better and get cash back. Talk about value! DO NOT BANK HERE. I opened a business checking and made sure it was the type that doesn't get charged a monthly fee. They opened the type that does. Then I went in to change it and she said she did and I'm still being charged a monthly fee.
Poor customer service, manager Hebe Torres is not helpful either.
Right off PCH or pacific coast highway to tourist. Near food water and gas all here. Its a bank in a outdoor triangle of goods and services.
