My husband and I have banked here for several years. I have NEVER had ANY complaints about this bank. The staff has always been very friendly, and always willing to help you. They are top notch as far as I'm concerned.
Almost 100% sure your ATM has a skimmer. Only place I used my card without tapping because I needed cash. Few days later my card was scammed. please check your ATM.
I agree with the other reviews about this bank,the cashiers are very rude and unwelcoming.I just moved back from louisville and was considering opening an account there but I've changed my mind and will be seeking another bank to use.
