Manager at the Carrollton branch was very helpful and compassionate to my situation.
I wouldn't advise anyone to use US Bank. Their service sucks especially their drive thru. Worst bank i have ever used.
I've had an account at this bank for more than 20 years. Last week I sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Finally, I parked and went in and asked to just be given my deposit back. No acknowledgement of the customer waiting, while 2 ladies sat at desk. Today, more of the same. I dont expect to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru, when your parking lot is empty. Do better US Bank.
I recommend anyone who needs a bank account go to USBANK CARROLLTON KY they are great employees there they help me with opening an account and most importantly they are great people who works here .
