Why can I never reach a human on the phone at this brach?
I have been a customer of US Bank for over Thirty years and last month they decided to close all of my accounts. No warning or anything. Now I have to wait another month before they can send me my money. I have been on the phone with them to get everything moved up on the date but they said if I want to close them earlier I have go into a branch to do that. In Florida they do not have any branches. Very kind and helpful folks. They are always very courteous. The facility is easy to access from the street and central location off the main artery street through town. ATM provided.
I never really leave reviews anywhere, but STAY AWAY FROM US BANK! I deposited a check from my work through the mobile app. I had to wait an entire week to receive my funds. They said I couldn’t come in to try to deposit it so I could have my money sooner because it would flag my account… so I didn’t have any of my money for a week and couldn’t cash it or deposit it anywhere else.
