Ive been with US bank for almost 20 years, and starting out I was not a big fan... but they have gotten much better over the years. This is hands down the best branch location....clean, fast, and good employees. Ive had other branches lose my deposits in the past... but no trouble or issues here! Very good people here. Thanks
I visited this branch today to notarize a document and had a very disappointing experience. The notary refused to assist me simply because the document was in both English and Spanish. I explained that the entire text was clearly written in both languages and that it had an English title, but she still said she couldn’t help me. When I asked if there was anyone available who spoke Spanish, she said no and just sent me to another office without even trying to review the document. I walked in and nobody was in line. When a teller opened I was scolded for not seeing the young man sitting in the lobby. He was about 10ft from where I was standing. I was stared at the entire time by the 3 staff members like I did something wrong. Very rude and uncomfortable. Not welcoming and understanding. PNC is so much better.
Apparently the 5pm close is optional. My wife took off early to get there by 4:30pm to sort out our accounts. When we got there and told them what we needed to do the teller told us “well it’s 430 and we close at 5 and this could take 20-25min so you’ll have to schedule an appointment and come back when there is more time” There was plenty of time and if your hours say 5pm, you should offer service until 5pm.
I have my "extra account" with USBank ...I was originally on a joint account with parents (now deceased) I left open in my name for a few reasons but BUT mainly because staff at both Audubon Branch and Lime Kiln Lane Branch were exceptional. This location is 180 degrees different...sad waste of time.
