I was there for 5 mins before any teller looked up,
Ive been with US bank for almost 20 years, and starting out I was not a big fan... but they have gotten much better over the years. This is hands down the best branch location....clean, fast, and good employees. Ive had other branches lose my deposits in the past... but no trouble or issues here! Very good people here. Thanks
I visited this branch today to notarize a document and had a very disappointing experience. The notary refused to assist me simply because the document was in both English and Spanish. I explained that the entire text was clearly written in both languages and that it had an English title, but she still said she couldn’t help me. When I asked if there was anyone available who spoke Spanish, she said no and just sent me to another office without even trying to review the document.
