This was the most shocking experience with Sonia Mina, Client Relationship Consultant at McMahan Plaza Branch of US Bank: she earned zero star rating. We brought a 94 years old woman in a wheelchair and two witnesses to sign a Power of Attorney document. After we waited in the long line, Sonia refused to notarize POA saying that "she cannot notarize witnesses signatures according to Bank policy". She acted very unprofessional and rude. She said nobody in US Bank can help us, and we need to go to a professional attorney. I fo... read more
