Robot at start of call sucks absolute balls. You can’t get with an operator no matter what.
The service is normally great, but today was incredibly frustrating. I stood there for about ten minutes while I waited to talk to someone, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence. They were a little busier than I'm used to seeing, so I understand that I couldn't be helped right away, but I didn't get so much as a "I'll be with you in a moment" the whole time I stood there. I ended up just walking out.
Terrible service! I went to the Van Wert branch order checks, five weeks later I called to see where they’re at no one ordered them. I had to be on hold for 30 minutes after trying to call three times before I could get past the automated operator who doesn’t understand anything! I see they have a 3.8 star rating, someone was feeling generous! I would give them a negative if I could.
