I wanted to make sure Charlotte Waddelow is commended for her exceptional service. She helped my wife and i sort out an issue and helped keep us and our 5 year old calm. She was so kind and easy to work with. She is definitely a quality employee.
This is the worst US Bank branch I have ever been in. The bank manager is beyond rude. I went in to take out money, and was told I could only take out part of what I wanted due to FDIC guidelines…..FDIC has no control over how much money you can withdraw. So he blatantly lied to my face. Then told me that o could close my account if I wanted when I was upset about not being able to take out all the money I needed. A complaint has been filed, and the employees that answer when you call US Banks 800 number are so very helpful.... read more
