We had to meet Friday with Erica concerning our accounts. She is a lovely person and helped us with our accounts. She even straightened out things that needed to be straightened out. She's a very upbeat person and makes you feel very comfortable. She is probably one of the best bankers I have been to. We have been to a US Bank out of state and the service was nothing like she gave us. I also met Katie and she was very nice and gave us a lot of good information. The U.S. bank personnel who work at this location are by far the most genuine consistent and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure to do my banking with. They are truly an asset to the company and I hope they are recognized for their exceptional service by U.S Bank. I do business here due to these people, and if I was upper management I would do every thing I could to keep them. Thank you U.S. Bank for having these wonderful representatives at this branch.
