Carlos, CK, is AMAZING! He has helped our family everytime we go in. He has set up both of my daughters up for financial success. He knows his "product" and guides us accordingly. He is knowledgeable, thorough, polite and patient. We have all of our accounts through US Bank, why? Because we know and trust him.
Super unhelpful. I've been a customer for 20 years and they wouldn't help with any of my over draft fees.
Rosemary pointed out an investment option for me and has always been helpful in the branch and with her follow up. I have had other interaction at the Astoria branch and each one was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend US Bank on Duane Street!
There are some really nice people who work for US Bank, but I would recommend utilizing your local Credit Union. They will do much for you than US Bank. I don't believe it has anything to do with the employees, it is the policies. In my experience, the Credit Union has helped with making my credit score stronger, helped me with opening my business, buying a truck and trading up to a new car. You will get a lot more from the personal assistance the Credit Union gives you than this company.
