Retired and a bit of a luddite. Two-party verification had been a hurdle for me and they helped me get over my confusion with my smart phone.
Had a great experience at this branch. Client Relationship Consultant Susan H was wonderful, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to take what we needed to do and go above and beyond to educate and make sure we were in better understanding of our account. She is a great asset to this location.
