This branch lets the phone ring once and then hangs up. Never got to speak to anyone.
If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. My first account I had they literally wouldn’t let me turn off my paper statements even though I tried and tried and even spoke with multiple people about it at the bank and they told me it’s nothing they can do about it. Literally charging me for paper statements I never ever wanted and multiple of them in one month. It got to the point where they literally took all my money AND over drafted me.
