Whenever I came to this branch; everyone has been very nice. Especially Sonia who is very sweet and smart and very thoughtful. She cares so much about her customers. She would make sure that everything has been taken care of.
Christina has no experience in customer service. Counted my bills in a way I did not like and gave it back unorganized . She even tried to say I was wrong by saying “ maybe you miscalculated and included your coins” basically saying I counted my money wrong which I did not. She just didn’t do her job properly I would avoid getting assisted by her They have a coin machine where you can transfer your coins straight to your account. They have a coin machine where you can transfer your coins straight to your account. It’s the only location I’ll go to now Luckily I always tend to have good service at usbank~ been with them for years and recently started coming to this location for deposits. Quick and easy I find that the drive thru is the best because I get anxiety being inside. The women with orange hair is sooo sweet. Love the vibe every time I come by.
Quite a bit of people bank here at this branch many times iv been in there was a good size line. I really like the staff though very nice and helpfull.
Excellent customer service from Sonia Esmail! She really helped me a lot opening my new account, especially solving an old issue with my USBank mobile app which I really appreciate her help, highly professional and polite, Good luck with your career sister.
