They have been charging me for my saving account five dollars a month. I went to this location and explain to them. I was told oh I’m so sorry this happened to you. We will fix it and refund you and within a few days they charged me again. They are forcing their customers to go elsewhere

Requesting multiple forms of ID, $7 charge to cash their own check, and then requiring additional confirmation after the valid check is already confirmed in their system. It seemed they were looking for any reason to not give me my money.
