Requesting multiple forms of ID, $7 charge to cash their own check, and then requiring additional confirmation after the valid check is already confirmed in their system. It seemed they were looking for any reason to not give me my money.

Whenever I came to this branch; everyone has been very nice. Especially Sonia who is very sweet and smart and very thoughtful. She cares so much about her customers. She would make sure that everything has been taken care of.
Christina has no experience in customer service. Counted my bills in a way I did not like and gave it back unorganized . She even tried to say I was wrong by saying “ maybe you miscalculated and included your coins” basically saying I counted my money wrong which I did not. She just didn’t do her job properly I would avoid getting assisted by her They have a coin machine where you can transfer your coins straight to your account.
