Luckily I always tend to have good service at usbank~ been with them for years and recently started coming to this location for deposits. Quick and easy I find that the drive thru is the best because I get anxiety being inside. The women with orange hair is sooo sweet. Love the vibe every time I come by.
I signed up because the bank was running a $600 promo. I fulfilled all the requirements but apparently the staff member who signed me up didnt set up my account correctly. The bank wouldn't back their offer and do the right thing, instead they made excuses such as the staff member no longer works here. Do yourself a favor and get a better bank (any other bank will do).
