Great US Bank branch. Convenient hours. Adam and staff always provide fantastic customer service. 5star all the way.
I was pleased with service last week when banker told me to bring in coins and they'd be happy to count them for me even though they didn't have coin machine. Today I took a Tupperware full of quarters and dimes but it appeared to be a big headache. They said I should take them to full service bank even though there were 3 bankers there and no customers. I wouldn't have been as frustrated if the banker last week hadn't assured me they would be happy to help. They were courteous, but it was still disappointing.
It is handy to have night and weekend hours, and a nearby restroom, while out running errands that include banking.
They're the worst bank to work with. They're unwilling to work with you and the manager Adam screws you over and calls you telling you your account will be getting closed when it really isn't. I have never had such horrible customer service with this guy in my life.
