We just opened an account with US Bank and we couldn't get into a us bank physically to deposit our paychecks my wife and and I so we mobile deposited them. They are holding the entirety of our paychecks for more than a week now we can't do anything and I mean anything until they release our money that includes buy milk for our 2 year old or buying gas food etc. And by the way there only answer is there is nothing we can do. They randomly closed my account without letting me know, or even telling me why. Please give your business to any other bank.
5 to 7 days to get a direct deposit seems a bit crooked. Really seems like this bank intentionally holds it so they can gain interest on your money as long as possible. I feel like this bank should be investigated for fraud.
Not my favorite bank..
