We have always had excellent customer service at the Wenatchee US Bank Branch. The manager, Lacey is the best!
They are very very very slow. I had to make a deposit for a family member and the whole time I just thought how thankful my bank isn’t this slow. The sense of urgency is missing. I pulled up in the window and waited 6 mins before acknowledged. The car behind me took off without being helped. They couldn't help me at the window so I had to come back.
