There's always a lady there that take to long chatting with customers had to wait 25minutes but the 2 guys are great and fast thank you.

deposit made the 26th... today is the 31st... check cleared my credit union three days ago... i get "HELP" to tell me it's a regulatory hold. I call ... I erased here what i put... i realize NOTHING that a customer say's matters. it's all the feds. ...right?!?!?!?
We just opened an account with US Bank and we couldn't get into a us bank physically to deposit our paychecks my wife and and I so we mobile deposited them. They are holding the entirety of our paychecks for more than a week now we can't do anything and I mean anything until they release our money that includes buy milk for our 2 year old or buying gas food etc. And by the way there only answer is there is nothing we can do. They randomly closed my account without letting me know, or even telling me why. Please give your business to any other bank.
