We have always had excellent customer service at the Wenatchee US Bank Branch. The manager, Lacey is the best!
They are very very very slow. I had to make a deposit for a family member and the whole time I just thought how thankful my bank isn’t this slow. The sense of urgency is missing. I pulled up in the window and waited 6 mins before acknowledged. The car behind me took off without being helped. They couldn't help me at the window so I had to come back. Excellent experience
Always super easy. Staff are friendly.
Some ok experiences and some not so great experiences. On the plus side, if you can ever get a hold of someone on the phone or are able to talk to someone inside the branch they are fairly pleasant and helpful. The problem I'm seeming to have is that the folks who work there never answer the branch phone line, they don't check their email or respond to email.
