They closed the branch --- so sad.
I drove 25 miles to this Branch as the Bank manager, Dave, was so helpful over the phone. He was even more helpful in person. Customer service is outstanding!! Knowledge is superior. I won't go to the small walk up banks in grocery stores anymore.
Love this branch! Everyone working in this branch is very friendly, professional and helpful. Much more friendly than the understaffed Soquel branch.
