Incredibly rude staff. Their maintenance person didnt put an out of order sign on the ATM, so my card fell INTO the machine. Then the manager treated me like I was an inconvenience because of their incompetence. Simple out of order or maintenance sign would have solved it. Now I'm listening to the ATM worker on a personal call talking about whether his mom is coming with him to something later and how busy he is today. Avoid at all costs.
Had a wonderful experience in the US Bank in Rock Island. On May 11th , when Nicci Balzer helped solve my online problem. She was polite and very helpful. Pat C
I pay my mortgage and my ihda loan at this location. you would think that they would allow their paying customers to use the bathroom but nope, i get told they dont have public bathrooms. after almost soiling myself because I needed to pay my mortgage, I am very dissapointed in how they treat their customers.
Love the girls there!
