I went there to deposit $3000.00. I was ignored by the guy that was speaking with a different customer but after a few minutes asked what I needed. I said to make a deposit. He said he'd be busy for 15-20 more minutes, to come back then. Mind you, this is in a mejirs grocery store. So I reluctantly shopped a little, spent $20, then returned. I had perishables in my cart. It is the worst bank I have ever had an account with—terrible service. No one gives you answers; they hold your money for 15 days and just tell you that you have to wait. And when you need the managers, they give such absurd excuses (like, "Oh, sorry, I'm not working right now"). If you aren't working, what are you doing in the office? It’s completely ridiculous.
I had a really great experience at this bank branch. From the moment I walked in, the employees were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help.
