Slowest drive thru banking in the area. Every time I come to the 18th street, Rock Island, Illinois it is always ridiculously slow. Today, only 2 lanes are open and only one car has moved in 9 minutes.

Always Seriously understaffed. Sitting here on Saturday morning ands the teller line is 10 deep. Drive through is also backed up. There appears to be no one of a higher level even here yet. Awful service from a bank that says it has five star service.
Every time I visit this branch I remember why I shouldn’t. Not really friendly and honestly unhelpful. I recommend contacting the 1800 number on your debit card instead of their branches.
