Bad service.. go to chase..
I went in for assistance with a recently discovered fraud issue. The staff went above and beyond to assist with with identifying the fraudulent account to assist me with my claim. The branch manager was extremely helpful, and resourceful. I do not have an account with U.S. Bank but because of their personal service I am strongly considering opening an account with them.
The team at this branch have always treated me with respect and professionalism. We have been banking here for over 25 years and have always been serviced well.
