I have banked with US Bank in JC for more than a decade. My family and friends bank here also. Until recently, I have always had pleasant experiences. Bob and Austin are kind, respectful and knowledgeable. BUT LATELY I HAVE CONSIDERED CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH US BANK AFTER SHARING MY EXPERIENCES WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS SO THEY CAN DO THE SAME. Horrifying experience with teller Chris. I told him he was being unbelievably rude and he threw my debit card at me to get out. Branch manager was very kind but the two other men in the room just sat there and allowed this man to berate and humiliate me. If he is not let go I will close my account immediately.
Had an appalling experience in the bank today. My sister was getting a couple of bankers checks. While there was a little mix up on our end, we were polite and patient with the teller who had a terrible attitude from the moment we approached and said hello. After we completed our transaction my sister apologized for the additional hassle of our transaction. I added that I hope we brought some “sunshine and joy” to their day. The teller immediately stated “no we did not” and dismissed us. We turned to leave and were just goin... read more
