Had an appalling experience in the bank today. My sister was getting a couple of bankers checks. While there was a little mix up on our end, we were polite and patient with the teller who had a terrible attitude from the moment we approached and said hello. After we completed our transaction my sister apologized for the additional hassle of our transaction. I added that I hope we brought some “sunshine and joy” to their day. Manager and staff great great great.
My checking account was put on hold 2 weeks ago due to what US Banks perceived as "suspicious fraudulent activity". I have been lied to about how I could get the hold account lifted, along with several other flat out lies. I was unable to pay my storage unit fees and LOST EVERYTHING I OWN because of these lies. My father died almost a year ago. Everything he left me was in that unit that is now gone. All of my keepsakes and pictures of my children-everthing- is gone!!! I wouldn't recommend US Banks to anyone-not even my bull... read more
