My checking account was put on hold 2 weeks ago due to what US Banks perceived as "suspicious fraudulent activity". I have been lied to about how I could get the hold account lifted, along with several other flat out lies. I was unable to pay my storage unit fees and LOST EVERYTHING I OWN because of these lies. My father died almost a year ago. Everything he left me was in that unit that is now gone. All of my keepsakes and pictures of my children-everthing- is gone!!! Incredibly rude teller. Did not look up from his phone when I walked in and as I stood in line waiting. only looked up when another staff came out of a back office. I was withdrawing money as the ATM was only giving 20s and I wanted larger bills. He asked for my ID to look up account. When he was done he did not hand me my ID back, he simply threw it on the counter same with the cash I withdrew. As a former bank teller I can tell you this is not how you treat customers. Worst experience at a U.S. bank location.
I will be back into this branch for sure!!! I originally went to UPS to get something notarized and you needed an appointment and their scheduling was not correct and they were so rude. If you need something notarized quickly and efficiently go to US Bank!! Bonus points for employees who actually like their job and serve customers with a smile on their face and a positive tone.
After 30 minutes trying to get an employee on the phone..They hang up on me....Wanted to open an account...Not any more...
