I thought Central Bank did some shady stuff but this bank right here tops them all. My new employer uses this bank why I don't know but they charge 7 dollars to cash my paycheck that is from this bank. But then ask me would you like to set up a account we won't charge you 7 dollars. How about a big NO this is a prime example as to why I don't trust banks and don't use banks
Very rarely do I leave a business and feel the need to write a review before I even leave the parking lot, but the service I received from the teller Chris P. makes this review an outlier. The last 6 reviews of this branch are 1 star reviews, and 4 of them mention Chris by name. I feel like this is a trend someone higher up should be noticing. Chris is unbelievably rude. Only one ATM. When the only atm goes offline, have to wait till fixed. Been happening alot, here Iately. I try to avoid using debit, for spending
Chris P. was hostile, rude, and aggressive. Threw the placard with debit card design cover options back to his station after asking what design I wanted and threw my ID back at me as well. I called the branch multiple times afterwards to speak with the branch manager, John to no avail. I have a meeting with John scheduled this week to ask what has been done to correct Chris’ behavior and attitude in the workplace as this is not an isolated incident.
My first time at this location. I witnessed Chris P being rude to 2 different customers. Luckily I had Bob! He was so helpful! Whoever reads this might want to remind Chris P that no one needs his arrogance. Your customers pay for your position!! Reading the reviews below it sounds like other customers have had the same experience with Chris.
