This is my bank! I say that because I don’t want to do my personal banking anywhere else. There are other good banks in the area to be sure, but the personal interactions I have had with the exceptional people at the Republic branch have won my trust. I have had the pleasure of being served by them for nearly a decade and I could not be happier with the experience. For Republic I'd say it's the best bank in town, I used to go to another bank but the dishonesty and lack of customer service was bad. When I couldn't get a notary at Telcomm, U.S. Bank was a great help, also the fast service on certified checks etc. Great products for any need and it's a large national bank available when I travel other places. They have a great attitude toward customers and help any way they can.
Never open during normal hours that would make banking available to the average working class citizen. Extremely disappointed. This is one of many disappointments over the past 5 years. Will be changing banks soon after having an account with US Bank for over 17 years.
I have never had a bad experience with this bank before and have cashed my check here multiple times. I went through the drive through this morning and when I asked her to cash my paycheck the lady asked me for my middle name. When I asked her why she needed it she said she didn't and then asked if I had an account with them. When I told her no that's why I was cashing my paycheck she told me their would be a $7 fee. I told her that was incorrect and that it was my paycheck and I had cashed it here before without a fee. Afte... read more
