If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. To say the staff at this location was difficult to deal with would be an understatement. I had banked at this particular location for 5 years, yet on my last visit, a one Mr. Donald refused to even exchange my cash for some quarters, knowing all the time that I was regular customer. He personally has made multiple trips into that bank some of the most unproductive wastes of my time, I find it hard to even fathom how someone can be so incompetent. I have been using this US Bank branches to for at least 20 years. The staff are friendly, well trained and efficient. I can't imagine giving them less than a perfect score. I recommend this Bank to everyone.
