I have been using this US Bank branches to for at least 20 years. The staff are friendly, well trained and efficient. I can't imagine giving them less than a perfect score. I recommend this Bank to everyone.
The bankers here are disgustingly incompetent. I would literally go anywhere else before ever stepping foot in this place ever again. Your incompetence has hurt my credit and it's unacceptable.
Fantastic service
I have used US Bank for many years, and often bragged about how great they were. Amazing customer service, great response time and just good people. Now here today, I am hard pressed to stay with them. Tracie Veeser who I worked with in the past only cares about new business, and treats exciting customers with little to no respect.
