This branch is terrible. Don’t bother going to Hugo office. They call honest people and customers frauds to their face (was a manager). Last straw with this office was when it took them 3 times to actually order a new card for me. My chip was bad just after a year, and they failed each request to order a new card. 3rd time better have worked. Card doesn’t even work in an atm, huge inconvenience especially when it wouldn’t work before Christmas.
