We were treated like friends and were served willingly and compassionately by the branch manager "in person!" We felt like we were humans and not just casually cared for!
I came in to visit this bank branch on a Saturday. I happened to be my gardening clothes. My gardening clothes are covered in paint stains and look dirty (they’re gardening clothes). The teller looked at me like I had a disease and she acted rude/superior during our interaction. It was a bad experience. Go to Chase instead.
Been coming to this store branch for the past 8 years every since we moved to LKSD. I love the coziness and familiarity with the staff, compared to big branches that can be intimidating at times... So I opened an account, which in itself was a hassle being told to leave the line and come back twice. On my third attempt, I finally opened the account and was told to expect my debit card between 7-10 business days. After the 10 days came and went and still had no card. Apparently they didn't do half of what the tellers told me they were going to.
