So I opened an account, which in itself was a hassle being told to leave the line and come back twice. On my third attempt, I finally opened the account and was told to expect my debit card between 7-10 business days. After the 10 days came and went and still had no card. Apparently they didn't do half of what the tellers told me they were going to. WOWWIE. WOW. WOW. Had an appointment. New to area. Needed a bank for all the typical reasons. It was the best bank experience we have had in 68 years. My, oh my! Wonderful, human interaction. Our expectations have been exceeded. Recommend.
