Judith and the other lady were very helpful and went above beyond my expectations during and after my visit. They showed me how much they actually do care about me!! :)
I found the entrance on Santa Monica Blvd up some stairs. You have to walk through a set of glass doors to find the bank. The staff were helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to help.
This branch is horrible from the teller to the manager Peggy for a client with multiple accounts and having dine business there for decades it is not a place to put your money in this location

I bank often in this branch and they are always courteous, fast and the manager is always there answering any questions. I used to bank with another institution and they made it very easy to transfer my business here. I strongly recommend them.
