Worst bank ever on hold for 2 hours then the automated system hung up on me when calling about the fact that there was a $1600 withdraw from a data breach they had. Edit after 7 months they finally gave my money back but still had to call and sit on hold for 4 hours because they needed to verify my identity and could not withdraw the money even though I was at the bank branch
Poor customer service with high and unreasonable hidden fees.
