Will not answer the phone whatsoever pretty much ever US bank I called does not answer the phone Call this one about four times a day no answer or call back Great company that you’re running lol🤣🤣

Really bad experience. First they have you sign in (and have you wait 30 minutes)only to tell you they will only take appointments the rest of the morning. Only one person to help those people but only has appointments for 10 and 11 am but Karen (we will assume her name is Karen because of her awful demeanor and attitude) says it would be several hours before we can get any help. Head to change some stuff around on my bank account did it really quick and scott strobbe helped me was In-N-Out in a few minutes would highly recommend super nice guy 😃
