Over the course of having a bank account here for 6 years now. 1. When I initially opened the account I was rudely attended by a worker who looked down on me because I put in the minimum account balance to avoid monthly fees. 2. When I went to open a credit card I was refused because "I was rich" direct quote from a bank worker, So I applied online and was accepted, I'm not rich FYI. 3. They called me about fraudulent payments made with my number and then gave me a case, but when they transferred me over to the person who was supposed to help me with the case and when I told them that I didn't have a bank account or ever had one ever instead of helping me solve the issue THEY JUST HUNG UP!!! I TRIED calling back but they wouldn't pick up!!! I don't know if that's was a scam trying to get my info or some sh but it's such a scummy thing.
