Really bad experience. First they have you sign in (and have you wait 30 minutes)only to tell you they will only take appointments the rest of the morning. Only one person to help those people but only has appointments for 10 and 11 am but Karen (we will assume her name is Karen because of her awful demeanor and attitude) says it would be several hours before we can get any help. What a terrible place to bank. I went to deposit a very large check, the teller said the system is down so they can’t look up the account so I pulled up a check written from the account. The teller said she didn’t know which was the account so I pointed to it. She then said she had no way to verify it. I said this is a cancelled check so it is correct.
