Over the course of having a bank account here for 6 years now. 1. When I initially opened the account I was rudely attended by a worker who looked down on me because I put in the minimum account balance to avoid monthly fees. 2. When I went to open a credit card I was refused because "I was rich" direct quote from a bank worker, So I applied online and was accepted, I'm not rich FYI. 3. Required appointments except tellers. Next to impossible to get them on the phone. Poor service from US Bank overall.

They called me about fraudulent payments made with my number and then gave me a case, but when they transferred me over to the person who was supposed to help me with the case and when I told them that I didn't have a bank account or ever had one ever instead of helping me solve the issue THEY JUST HUNG UP!!! I TRIED calling back but they wouldn't pick up!!! I don't know if that's was a scam trying to get my info or some sh but it's such a scummy thing.
