They signed me up for a checking & savings account in 10 minutes without going over any terms and fees. A month later my card was declined and I found out they had charged overdraft fees 17 times for 10 days prior! No phone calls, no emails, nothing. At the time my card was declined, my balance was negative ($439). They pulled all the funds from my savings account, and completely maxed out my Secured credit card to pay for THEIR FEES. Going in the store to get money, cash checks or whatever else has been very convenient to me. I would rate it 5 stares if they had more tellers during busy hours & was quicker when there's only 1 or 2 people on line.
