The US Bank representative was friendly, professional, and acknowledged me as soon as I walked up. I went to this branch, even though there is one much closer to me in Eastvale, CA, that had horrible customer service. This branch, however, in Chino Hills, happens to be in a supermarket and despite all the commotion, the reps were focused and super nice. I'll return to that branch if I decide to continue banking with USB.
The team members are always friendly and helpful. It's makes banking a pleasure.
