I stopped by the US bank in Rancho San Diego The reason I was there to deposit a check. I asked one of the staff there to help me cash the deposit and thus apparently she made a mistake and just deposited it instead of cashing it for me. When I asked her where is my cash she said she deposited it. Then, She started to laugh at me, therefore I had a feeling that she gave me an attitude and laughed for no reason. I hope if should could treat me mannerly
New Customers to USBANK and I am not impressed. I can see clearly why this location has 3 stars. Awful customer service. Bank had no customers at 9:30 am and they still refused to help me add myself to the account, without an appointment. They were very impolite and unprofessional. THEY NEED TO TRAIN THE STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Bankers are doctors now. Need appointment for everthing, even notorizing. Had it done at UPS on the spot. The woman was very unconcerned
